This policy describes what Umbra (the “App”, “we”) collects, why, and how you stay in control. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
Umbra is a mobile application for personal esoteric readings, operated by the Umbra team. For anything in this policy, write to support@umbra-esoterik.com.
What we collect
Account basics: email, chosen name, app language and settings.
Reading inputs you provide on purpose: birth date, time and place; questions to masters; palm photos for palmistry; dream descriptions; partner or child birth details when a service asks for them.
Order and balance history: services bought, stars earned and spent, subscription status.
Technical basics: device model, OS version, app version and crash logs, used to keep the App working.
How we use it
To deliver readings: the master working on your order sees the inputs that order needs.
To personalise the daily layer (horoscope, moon calendar and Umbra AI forecasts) when your plan includes it.
To run the service: support replies, order status messages, security and fraud prevention.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your readings for advertising.
Payments
All purchases go through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase systems. We never see or store your card number; the stores share only what is needed to confirm a purchase.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with: the specialist preparing your order; infrastructure providers that host the service under contract; the stores, for billing. Nothing else, unless the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on protected servers, encrypted in transit. Access inside the team is limited to what a role needs.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the App or by writing to support; readings and inputs are then removed, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Where local law grants additional rights (for example under the GDPR), those apply in full. Write to support@umbra-esoterik.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Age
Umbra is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the App before the change takes effect.
