These terms govern your use of the Umbra app and everything bought inside it. Installing the App or placing an order means you accept them.
What Umbra is
Umbra is a platform for personal esoteric readings (astrology, tarot, numerology, Human Design, palmistry, dream interpretation) prepared by independent specialists, plus daily content and the Umbra AI forecast line. All content is provided for self-reflection and entertainment.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account details accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders and delivery
Each service lists what it needs and a delivery timeframe. The timeframe starts once the order is placed and required inputs are provided. A finished reading includes a written part, a voice message and a PDF, and comes with a stated number of free follow-up questions in chat.
Stars
Stars ✦ are Umbra’s internal currency: 100 ✦ correspond to 1 US dollar. Stars are bought as packs through the stores, earned through activity, or received as cashback by level. Stars are not money, cannot be transferred outside the App and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires.
Subscriptions
Plans (Umbra Premium, Umbra AI, Umbra Premium Plus, Umbra Premium Ultra) renew automatically through your App Store or Google Play account and can be cancelled there at any time; access stays until the paid period ends. A free trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Prices shown in the App are starting prices; the store shows the final price for your region.
Cancellations and refunds
An order can be cancelled with a full refund in stars while the master has not started it. After work has started or been delivered, contact support; we review such cases individually. Subscription refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
Acceptable use
Treat specialists with respect; abusive messages, unlawful content in inputs, attempts to buy or sell outside the App, and any interference with the service may lead to account suspension.
Content and rights
Readings you receive are for your personal use. The App, its design, texts and the Umbra AI line remain the property of Umbra and its licensors.
No professional advice
Readings, forecasts and any other Umbra content are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Decisions you make remain your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Umbra’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Umbra’s place of incorporation, unless mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
